Job Overview:
As an Entry-Level Data Analyst, you will work closely with our senior analysts and business teams to collect, process, and analyze data to support decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
✅ Data Collection & Processing:
Gather, clean, and organize data from various sources (databases, APIs, spreadsheets).
Ensure data accuracy and integrity for reporting and analysis.

✅ Data Analysis & Reporting:
Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Create reports and visualizations (dashboards, charts) using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
Assist in generating business insights to support decision-making.

✅ Database & Querying:
Write basic SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
Assist in maintaining and optimizing databases.

✅ Collaboration & Support:
Work with cross-functional teams to understand data needs.
Present findings in a clear, concise manner to stakeholders.

✅ Continuous Learning:
Stay updated on data analysis tools, techniques, and industry trends.
Support senior analysts in advanced analytics projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔️ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field (or recent graduate).
✔️ Technical Skills:
Basic knowledge of SQL for data querying.
Familiarity with Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
Exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
Basic understanding of Python or R (optional but beneficial).
✔️ Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
✔️ Communication: Ability to explain data insights clearly.
✔️ Eagerness to Learn: Willingness to grow in a fast-paced IT environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus):
Internship or academic projects involving data analysis.
