Job Overview

As a Junior/Mid-Level Business Analyst, you will work closely with senior analysts, stakeholders, and project teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support strategic decision-making. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for problem-solving, strong analytical thinking, and a desire to grow in a dynamic IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering & Documentation:

• Elicit, gather, and document business requirements from stakeholders across various departments.
• Ensure requirements are accurate, complete, and aligned with business objectives.

Process Analysis & Reporting:

• Perform business process analysis to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Create process maps, workflow diagrams, and documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories) to support project delivery.
• Assist in generating business recommendations to support decision-making.

Solution Design & Support:

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validating that delivered solutions meet business needs.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

• Work with cross-functional teams (business, IT, and project management) to understand and prioritize business needs.
• Present findings, recommendations, and process improvements in a clear, concise manner to stakeholders.

Continuous Learning:

• Stay updated on business analysis methodologies, tools, and industry trends.
• Support senior analysts in advanced business analysis and strategic projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0–3 years of professional experience in business analysis, IT, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong academic or internship projects welcome to apply).
• Technical Skills:
  • Exposure to the financial domain is a plus, not required.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL for data querying and validation.
  • Familiarity with Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Exposure to process modeling or diagramming tools (Visio, Lucidchart) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies (optional but beneficial).
• Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Communication: Ability to explain business requirements and recommendations clearly.
• Eagerness to Learn: Willingness to grow in a fast-paced IT environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus)

• Internship or academic projects involving business or process analysis.
• Familiarity with project management concepts.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) or ERP/CRM systems.
